Nightshift nightshit nightshift nightshit. There is a reason these words are so near and dear to each other.

The fog was incredible this morning. If anyone has watched the Parade's End... it reminded me of that scene in that mini series. Brilliant, beautiful fog. Except it prevents my patient from being medevaced to specialized care. So ya there is that.

But can't help but think it's magical all the same.
