Jerez

Today we visited the Tio Pepe bodega, well worth the visit. Our guide was a lovely lady who obviously enjoyed her job. The smell was incredible, as the aromas of the different sherries drifted into the air. The she took us to the part of the bodega where the brandy was stored, you could get drunk just sniffing the air.

We had a sherry tasting, 4 glasses, and tapas, she kept asking us did we want 'top ups' but we declined, as Roy had to drive and although we had a few tapas it was not enough to soak up 4 decent measures of sherry.

We bought a bottle of sherry and brandy, and a fridge magnet, last of the big spenders!!

If you go to Jerez this is a must see.
