It was a day of museums and galleries, today, doing tourist things with D.
A highlight was going to the National Library, and seeing the manuscript of "Holy Willie's Prayer" on Burns' birthday. What beautiful handwriting he had! Do go along to see it if you have a chance.
It was also a pleasure to go to the National Museum of Scotland. Always a treat.
I liked the Megaloceros giganteus skeleton.
