Couldn't resist photographing this as we parked up in town this morning.

The day started well. Sun shine, breakfast at Costa and a mooch around town.
Then the heavens opened!!!!

Hail stones like frozen peas, thunder, lightening and gale force winds. We were caught in the middle of it.

Got soaked. Tried sheltering under a market stall tent and the "slush" poured in off the roof right down my back. 20 mins in the car dithering until we got home and I could warm up.
