My "back yard"

Glamorous, right?

Not really. But I do like how the night light that never really goes away comes down into the courtyard that is my backyard. I was thinking of taking a wide-angle photo straight up, but tonight it was raining, so I didn't want to set up my camera and tripod only to have them both get wet and ruin the photo, so I took this in the shelter of my backdoor.

I was kind of glad I did, because just before I set up the tripod, someone tossed out some water (I hope it was water) from one of the windows down onto the courtyard. Extra-glamorous. They didn't even yell out gardyloo (bonus points for googling that).

Anyway, I quite like it out there, showers (natural or otherwise) aside.
