These boots are made for walkin

But not today. It's persisiting it down with rain. And it's cold.

So I plan to stay home, do some preparation for tomorrow evening's maths class and also do some ovenless cooking: carrot and coriander soup for lunch, chicken risotto for dinner (both cooked on the hob), a loaf in the breadmaker and a chocolate steamed suet pudding in the slow cooker. There are worse ways to spend a Sunday!
