Community Care:

I have been registered with the Community Care System for a considerable number of years and am visited twice a year to check my alarm and my circumstances.

However, apparently the system has been updated in some way and when the inspector called recently she produced a file for me which contains all my details. It looks very impressive in its plastic cover.
