The ever faithful

I am so not a cheffy cook, which is probably why I am attracted to the easiness of these blueberry muffins. They truly are my default bake whenever I fancy a quick wee something of a weekend breakfast or an afternoon cuppa. But I do feel they are something more than that.

Sometimes the blueberries go all squidgy at the bottom when hot but I rather like that.
