Burns night pudding

Our Scottish friends John and Hannah invited us for dinner tonight... I was expecting to be faced with some haggis, but instead John cooked a wonderful Moroccan chicken dish with butternut squash and cranberries, I will have to steal the recipe from him. Hannah claims to not be able to cook at all (I can't believe that of anyone) and apologised for her simple dessert, but it was absolutely delicious... what can be better than fresh fruit and familia ice cream (there was also kiwi, but I can't stand it, so got extra strawberries!). A lovely night with great friends.
