Another Full Arc Rainbow!

I stood around outside in the freezing cold for quite a while today, camera at the ready,because i felt there would be a rainbow. But after a while i decided there probably wouldn't be one, gave up and came indoors, Then, after about ten minutes I just happened to glance outside, and this was there!
The good news is, I can still move fast if i have to, and here is my Blipfoto for today!
