"Please Let Me Outside to Chase the Cats"

This is Martins dog Eevee; she is still a puppy and it doesn't take much to get her overexcited, I fear for my life for the first few minutes after she has seen me as she goes mental. The cats get similar treatment which means they avoid her when possible, they have just managed to escape through the door and I think Eevee is a bit disappointed that she cant follow them.
