TedX Oxford Day

What an amazing day that was! Fabulous company, inspiring thought provoking speakers, a lovely lunch and plenty of thought fodder.

I could talk about so much and about so many of them - there were three sessions each with 5 speakers who spoke for 20 minutes each. But I shall highlight Susan Greenfield; mainly because she was the first speaker but also because she talked about empathy and connection and how social media communication was causing us to lose those skills.

As I post this on Blip, which feeds into Twitter and Facebook and may well be on Google+ within the hour, I have to ponder, am I actually in an existential crisis?
