relay runner

Never to be called "fair weather" runners, went for my run with friend today, which we usually try to fit in together most weekends, but todays weather was not only exceptionally wet but very windy too so it felt like treble the work! Also meant we couldn't natter at the same time, not good! When we got back to her house, her husband ( aka the Galloping Gourmet Giles) had made Chelsea buns and they were still warm.....and they were very good indeed! I did take quite a few pics of countryside on the way home, stopping in the freezing wind and cold, but ended up liking this one of the sculpture outside the local school gym best. I like the effort captured in the face...felt a bit like that on the hills today!
