Woke up in a grump and it didn't improve too much through the day despite Sam's best efforts to snap me out of it. Not even bacon rolls and coffee sorted me out.

I was glad I had plans to meet with Becca and Tree though. Becca recently trained in Antenatal Pilates and Tree is also having a bairn so we volunteered to be guinea pigs for Becca in return for free pilates and physio. (I think we got the better end of the deal!)

Good just to have an excuse to hang out with them really. Glad to report that it helped to sort my mood out a wee bit too.
