Getting ready

With all that has been going on this month I am behind on a number of things so a day of catch up with paperwork (interrupted by office work) and preparing the Seville oranges for marmalade.

The hard task of slicing the peel will start tomorrow hopefully, after a day at a seminar in Dunblane. Looking forward to the sweet aroma of sugar and bitter orange.
