First day at the track

My son was nominated by his cycling club to take part in a coaching session at the Sir Chris Hoy velodrome today. He hadn't ridden a track bike, or used clip less pedals before.

After the first hour he was able to stop start and got up a fair speed on the track.

It was a dream come true for him as he is cycling mad!
