Garden Bird Watch Day

Our garden is usually buzzing with birds of different sorts and the difficulty on Garden Bird Watch day is keeping up with counting them. Today was blustery and very wet (just for a change) and the birds for most of it were in hiding. We did eventually coax some out with extra food, including this wren.
Tally for the day - 4 blackbirds, 3 blue tits, 2 collared doves, 3 dunnocks, 2 goldfinches, 4 great tits, 12 house sparrows, 3 robins, 5 starlings, 2 wood pigeons, 1 wren, 18 jackdaws and 1 great spotted woodpecker.
