The red east sun tried to greet us on our morning walk, it had a while to come as we left.

Juno and the usual crowd ran in the dusky light.

Work was a feat of fun.

Ran to football, helped coach the 15s, a good session on shaping. They are so much fun to coach and wanting to learn.

Over to do the development squad and a very good session with my contirbution being attacking from back 4.
