Using up the freezer food

Made an apple and blackberry pie the cheats way. Was a day on my own paul was fitting the kitchen so off I went at 10.3o and weighed at boots 8.12.

Starbucks had massive que so went to marks for coffee. Found some bargain 1 pound Leighton denny polishes.

Drove home and pottered about the house mainly tidying. Oh I did the insanity d v d thus morning only cardio recovery.

Dropped car back to mary and dave then home for roast.
