Juicing - A New Technique

Trying out a new technique after juicing - running the juice through a strainer.

Had an incident two weeks back where a small kale flake caused an infection in my gum (piece of kale was stuck between tooth and gum) . I know, I know, that is probably TMI. But it is the reality, and I love juicing. This is my solution.
