This is Cillian, the 13 month old son of two friends of ours from university. Such striking blue eyes! He is late teething, which accounts for the rosiness, and so can be a little grumpy as he wasn't sure as to what was going on. Very much like his Dad!

In other news I have become obsessed with Dave Van Ronk and cannot wait to read his memoir, the Mayor of McDougal Street.
