Shadows and Silhouette

Journeyed to Central Otago this day. Squalls of rain added to the challenge of a long drive.
Picked up a young female back packer just after leaving Dunedin and was able to take her 1/3 of the way to her destination. It was so wet I felt sorry for her - do not usually pick up packers.
Stopped for lunch in Roxburgh, a town built on fruit growing and hydro-electric dam. Finally reached our destination - Hawea Flat - with time to rest up before dining with family near by. Not a late night as I was very sore from the long drive and no Nana-nap for Mother meant she was feeling a little more edgy than usual.
This image taken at dinner venue looking at the shadows cast on rice paper blind from flax, palms and Toi Toi outside. The sun was setting too adding a cast of colour to the blind. The silhouette provided by a palm in a pot in front of window, inside.
