My Mum taught me how to knit and purl when I was very young and I have become a demon scarf knitter these last few months. However, this is my first attempt at a proper knitting pattern. It will, at some stage in the fairly near future I hope, be a jumper. But I made a bit of a mistake and Mum had to unpick a few rows for me. Luckily Mum is staying for a few days over half term so she can help. Most of the time she lives too far away for knitting emergencies!
I had a quiet day of knitting and lounging around.
