Cider
I spent the better part of my day making apple cider. It's really quite easy if you have the proper equipment i.e. a juicer. The process goes like this:
1. Get apples. I used multiple apple species including mcintosh, honey delicious, and honeycrisp.
2. Juice the apples.
3. Pastuerize the juice (160*F).
4. Bottle. At this point you can either consume, freeze, or ferment your cider depending upon personal preference.
Voila! You have apple cider.
I backblipped Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please check em out and if you have time, view the BIG versions.
