Need a break after the weekend!

But not going to get it.

Had a quite big one with birthday lunch and all day outing with J and Mum on Saturday, then full on yesterday with the hottest 100, some laughs, some wine (possibly too much)....very little sleep with nightmares and then a full day of baking today.

Ok so I have to admit I didn't do a lot of the baking, J pretty well took over my kitchen but hey, I provided again more wine, all the ingredients and the kitchen.

My brownies recipe from this book got a little work around adding some Grand Marnier into it, but it works really well! We also made some butterscotch cupcakes and an awesome berry slice.
