Stay positive!

Bah.

Didn't lose any weight this week. :( Not a jot! Oh well. I always say that around this weight is my homeostatic point. It's like I have a weight buffer that keeps me at around 10.5 stone. I can eat tonnes and not put much weight on (or if I do I lose it quickly.. see my first week's post-Christmas weight loss of a whopping half stone(?!)) but it's just as hard (and much less fun) trying to lose weight past this point.

I think it's time to admit there are no two ways about it.

I have to start exercising.
