Speed skating

The National Ice Centre in Nottingham is the home of the British Short-course speed skating team, and here are some members of the squad pictured in training today for the forthcoming Winter Olympics. They really whizz around the course at a terrific speed, brilliant to watch at close quarters. Hope they do well in Russia.
