Puff Pastry Delights

Janet is feeling very pleased and happy with herself.
She'd recently been for an afternoon puff pastry course and wasn't impressed with the tutors results. Like cardboard!
So, she made these little lovelies, onion and goats cheese puffs.
They were delicious with the best part being without doubt the pastry.
In the past we've used shop bought ready made puff pastry which a lot of chefs recommend and whilst it's not bad, home made is so much richer and nicer.
