thankfulness

I live with complex health issues and life is very unpredictable. Finding blipfoto has been very grounding as it makes me look at my surroundings with more awareness always looking for opportunities to photograph my daily life. Whilst I am observing everyday things much more closely it enables me to unearth memories, where did that object come from, who bought it for me etc.
All this diverts my mind from health issues and motivates me to keep going.

My photograph for today is of my shower which is relatively new and I only have it because of the kindness and thoughtfulness of a close friend.

So it as been good to be reminded of friendship and to take a moment or two to be thankful. I shall go about my day now with a smile.
