Slow Down

I had planned to blip the Marine construction project's progress every two weeks, but for some unexplained reason its forward momentum has ground to a halt. After a month and a half of feverish work at the end of 2013, nothing has happened for the past two months (in fact, my last blip of this was two months and a day ago). Since then they have completely re-sculptured the hillside to the right of the new cement wall. Talk about moving mountains! Most of that dirt and rock was deposited (rather noisily, beginning every morning at eight sharp) next to our apartment complex over the Christmas holiday. Now, however, the project sits, awaiting the return of workers and machines.
