The only true description for the stormy waves hurling themselves at San Sebastián beach this evening!

Had a long, tiring but productive day meeting project partners from Austria, the Netherlands, Ireland, Spain and Italy with good debate and discussions.

Tonight we are being taken to a cider restaurant. Production of cider is a fairly limited period in the year and between now and April is the best time to drink the cider from barrels. After that it is bottled.
