Training

A filler shot but rather apt after a full day's training, for once my own not others.

I find nowadays that I take different things away from courses. I reflect not only on the content and my learning but the Facilitator's techniques and delivery and how the group react and work as a result.

I've observed my boss facilitating workshops and studied trainees' feedback. Her style is creative thinking and interaction. This pot of pencils was a gift from a trainee who we worked with through foundation years to selection centre where he specialised in his chosen specialty.

It lives on her desk, is treasured and reflects her creative flair perfectly.
