Never too old

For a bit of TLC from mum.

Eldest daughters tendons are very tight today, at times she struggles to put her heels flat on the floor when she's walking as her calves are so tight. A legacy from her premature birth, a hot bath and hot water bottle should help.

Feels like its been dark all day today, woke to the rain lashing against the window and after work it was still dark & wet!!!
