Out with one's skull

This lady looked so interesting as she sat there sheltering from the rain. She was such a solitary figure I thought her character would make a good Blip. Unfortunately when I originally approached her from the other end of the street, there was a couple standing just up from her who would appear in the shot. I moved to the other side to remove them from the shot and it was then I became aware of her strange bag.
