Leftovers

As much as people loathe him , I have to admit that without Jamie Oliver , dinners in the Benson-Howard -Watson house would be a more tedious affair ! His latest book means that leftover roast dinner no longer equals bubble and squeak ( although we do love that ) . We now create chicken pie, pulled pork wraps, braised beef tagine , slow roast pork ragu and tonight's offering American hot pork pizzas ( there was an extra one to freeze too - bonus )!
