If it's curry...

Tonight's Blip should have been from a photoshoot my friend Sam had planned. Unfortunately the model cancelled last minute. So headed home for tea and decided with some encouragement to go for an if it's curry. In other words see what's in the fridge and if it's there cook it. So here are the ingredients ready to go and very tasty it was too. I guess one could call it a Sag a vindaloo, probably.
