Mandela

Todays blip is less about the cinema and more about the film. Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom certainly stirred the emotions and made me think that history sometimes makes me ashamed to be white. This is an important film - it's a shame it had to be made in the first place, if history had been different perhaps it wouldn't have had to be made at all. But I suppose the same could be said about all the films made about the holocaust.
