New house umbrella

Finally we get a new roof. We noticed several small leaks in the roof after the first down poor of the season. We reported it to our rental company and they set in to the slow motion of getting quotes and offers to fix the roof. We have been having a clear but cold streak. Now that the roof is off, it starts to rain! Go figure.
