There is the miscreant, right there on the right!

I took my new pans through their paces tonight. One of the reasons I wanted the stainless steel pans was so I could take them from stove to over and back. Specifically so I can make all those tasty looking recipes that call for a pan sauce. The process goes something like this:

1. Brown chicken on stove
2. Complete cooking in oven
3. Remove pan from oven
4. Place pan on stove
5. Remove pot holder from hand
6. Pick up spoon
7. Grab pan handle with bare hand
8. Wave hand wildly about while jumping up and down
