Hawaii Day 2 - Green Sand Beach

Year of Awesome. Day 26

Today we hiked the path to the Green Sand Beach in Hawaii. It was a beautiful day - full sun no rain or over cast clouds. The hike was 3.5 miles in and of course 3.5 miles back. I wasn't sure how my 67 year old Mom was going to handle the hike but she nailed it like a champion. She didn't even want to stop and rest on the way back. My mom making this hike and me being able to share this experience with her........

AWESOME!!!

p.s. the green sand was pretty awesome too!
