A Wellington weekend
I joined in on a running weekend in the beautiful grounds of Wellington College.
I learned a few running tips, was reminded of all the things I forget to do, made new friends, and pushed myself a bit harder to test my fitness. Improvements have been slow but I am starting to feel sharper.
I feel refreshed now and very positive about my goals.
Tip of the day:
Stand one one leg at a time for 30 seconds each side while brushing your teeth. Balance is important!
