Visit to the Lake

My day off, and I've been very lazy, but this afternoon I got my camera and tripod and headed off up to the Thatcham Discovery Centre to see what I could blip :)

This little moorhen was there on its own at the edge of the lake :)

I have had major problems uploading today and this wasn't the one I wanted to load, has anyone else had problems?

I saw for the first time ever a Pochard and also a Tufted Duck, here on the right :)

It was lovely to be out in the fresh, albeit rather cold air :)
