Subtle signs of Spring

I took the dog for a quick run round Pollok Park this morning, before settling down at my desk for the rest of the day.
Though we've had a lot of rain, it's still remarkably mild. This morning was damp and dark, but not icy at all. The beech leaves on the ground are soggy and black now, and the only colour is from the moss that seems to be thriving.
I took a few photos of moss covered branches and logs, but then I spotted these...
