Marmalade day

It must be January. Seville oranges.
Blink and you miss them,
I think this is going to be a good batch, as I poached the whole oranges in the AGA until they were really soft, so I think plenty of pectin will have been extracted from the pips and it looks like a good set.
I am however a bit sticky!
