Lucky to be Here

I went to vist a friend and ex colleague today, who had her little boy prematurely at the beginning of January and then underwent four operations in five days due to bleeding,
It struck me as were chatting. that in days gone by, she and the baby would not have had such a happy outcome. We are so fortunate, despite all its shortcomings, to have the Healthservice which we do have.
