OK, I won't!

I know they don't want people to hurt themselves when they do try to exit because the doors won't budge but when I saw these signs I thought 'What do they think people are going to do, smash the doors in so that they can exit!'
There is nothing to show if they locked or unlocked so I thought they were a bit superfluous.
