Ashford Mill: first floor interior

Thank you for enjoying seeing the watermill yesterday. It was in fact a corn mill. Many of you asked to see the inside of it.

This is the first floor, or at least, part of it. There is another wing much the same as this off to the right in the photo.

All the working tackle can be seen in this shot along with three pairs of stones used for grinding the corn.

Sorry, I can’t shift all those boxes out of the way!
