A Blip In The Fens

Þingvellir National Park

The dramatic landscape, at Þingvellir, formed as a result of sitting along the border between the North American and European tectonic plates. It's an important site in the history of Iceland too as the park is home to the world's longest running Parliament.

Well worth a chilly stroll!
