Love Town

Work aside (which wasn't too bad today), a pleasant day.

Met up with Tracey at lunchtime for tea and cake.

5 and a bit miles run tonight at the fastest pace I've done for a while, bodes well for my trail run on Sunday.

A song came on today that just made me realise how much I love The National. One of their slow burners that just nags it's melody into your head.
