Very busy in the office. Missed a couple of calls from my bank re my complaint (they also sent a text or two) but finally spoke to them when I left work. Sympathetic, empathetic, acknowledged points I'd raised as valid, promised to pass on suggestions to those looking at how to manage future systems issues and offered to compensate me for my inconvenience (which was much less than some experienced). Excellent customer service.

Long day + slight shock at bank being nice = didn't remember to take any pics til I was almost home....
